The Fractured Rock Characterization and Remediation Team of Interstate Technology Regulatory Council (ITRC) met in Phoenix, Arizona over the last week of October 2015 to continue the work of preparing an internet-based technical and regulatory guidance document. Jim Studer, managing principal of InfraSUR and team member was given an opportunity to present “Hydraulic Testing of Fractured Rock: Why we do it and can we do it better?”
